Vienna: Shiki Appoints Its First Head Pastry Chef

The Viennese fine-dining restaurant Shiki Japanese Cuisine is appointing its first in-house Head Pastry Chef. With Artemis Karavani, the restaurant aims to bring the connection between Japanese cuisine and European pastry-making to its dessert menu as well.
