Joji Hattori is expanding his renowned Japanese restaurant with a sweet European dimension: Greek-born pastry chef Artemis Karavani will henceforth be responsible for the dessert offering at “Shiki”—an innovative addition centered around the sweet finale, which traditionally plays a rather understated role in classic Japanese cuisine.
