“SHIKI JAPANESE CUISINE” APPOINTS ITS FIRST HEAD PASTRY CHEF

The Viennese restaurant “SHIKI” is expanding its dessert offering. For the first time, a Head Pastry Chef, Artemis Karavani, will take charge of the restaurant’s sweet creations. The Athens-born pastry chef focuses on combining Japanese ingredients with European dessert classics.
